Passive Cable Theory is the project of belgian Bert Vanden Berghe, a very active musician, or rather sound/noise scientist, who does his own music as brunk, invertebrata and passive cable theory.
he is also involved in The Returns, Karen Eliot and a couple of other projects.
PCT is very experimental, atonal and chaotic - but surprises with sudden changes of mood and cathartic moments.
